As coastal and downtown San Diego Real Estate Agents, Julie and I find it extremely rewarding to see the expression on our clients' faces when we find them their first home. It is an emotional experience for them as well as for us. There is great satisfaction in assisting others as they fulfill their life long desire to have a piece of the American Dream: Home Ownership!

It is equally rewarding to receive referrals from those whom we have previously represented in multi-million dollar properties. It is their way of expressing not only their satisfaction with the service we provided, but also the level of trust that we earned. There is no higher compliment than gaining a referral from a client.

But, there's another reason why we do what we do. The right to own private property, including real property, needs to be safeguarded not only for our generation, but for future generations. While every American may not be capable of participating in home ownership due to individual challenges, every American has the right to such ownership, if and when they desire--and are able--to do so. This is a right that is not to be taken for granted, but rather cherished and preserved for our children and for our children's children. One of the ways that we contribute to the preservation of this right is to serve our clients' best interests above our own, making certain that their interests are placed first and foremost in each transaction. Our job is to help buyers and sellers reach a mutually beneficial outcome for themselves. Each transaction, when successfully negotiated, contributes to the legacy of home ownership in America.

For us, being great Realtors isn't just a job. It is a duty.
